Touch of Grace
MFR is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue (fascia) restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. MFR is good for trauma, post surgical procedures, stress, poor posture, aches, pains, inflammatory issues and improving and increasing mobility. MFR treatment results are usually immediate and cumulative. As the fascia begins to release during the MFR treatment, blood and lymph flow more freely to the tissues. MFR will then help reduces inflammation and makes way for healing to begin.
